Tinubu Regime Seeks Death Penalty For 10 Arrested #EndBadGovernance Protesters

The President Bola Tinubu-led administration has accused 10 #EndBadGovernance protesters of treason, a capital offence punishable by death.

This was contained in a Court document seen by West Africa Weekly with file number FHC/ABJ/CR/454/2024, indicating the Tinubu regime is seeking death penalty for the protesters.

The arrested protesters include:

  2. Adeyemi Abiodun Abayomi
  3. Suleiman Yakubu
  4. Opaluwa Eleojo Simon
  5.  Angel Love Innocent
  6. Buhari Lawal
  7.  Mosiu Sadiq

  9. Nuradeen Khamis
  10. Abdulsalam Zubairu
